Buckwheat bread with tomato

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    11 g

Milk slightly warm, add salt, sugar, yeast and leave for 5 min.

Add tomato paste, buckwheat, then wheat flour, knead. The dough is slightly stick to hands, add oil, stir thoroughly

The dough is put in a bag, tie it off and drop into a pan of ice water

After 15 minutes the dough floats, it is ready. To get the dough to form a ball and put in a Bowl multivarki for 10 min.

We then bake mode for 30 minutes, flip the bread and bake in the same mode for another 20 min.
