Salad
This salad I poprobyvala in the cafe at the new year party in 2011. His real name I do not know why so named. While my colleagues had fun and danced, I did split the salad for ingredients and wrote down on a napkin :) He surprised me and won my love))) I Hope that you will like!

Ingredients

  • Arugula

    1 pack

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

The beef is first cut into slices. Each slice beats (if this is not done, the meat will prepare for longer) and cut across the grain in thin strips.
