Goulash from pork with green beans
Wonderful low cost, nutritious, and most importantly tasty dish. Again, really liked green beans. And refilling Maggie adds richness and spice to the goulash.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Dressing

    3 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Preheat the skillet with vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic until transparent.

Meat, I have a shovel, cut into cubes and add to the onions.

Stir-fry the meat until Golden brown.

Add to the pan tomatoes ( I have homemade tomato sauce), continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Add water and bring to a boil, add red and black pepper, and thyme. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the stew for 1.5 hours until pork is tender.

To prepare green beans, trim the ends and slice it into pieces of 2-3 cm. I Have here this beautiful beans.

Also, we will need 3 tbsp Maggi filling for rassolnik with pickles.

In a saucepan with meat, add Maggi dressing for the pickle and beans and simmer for another 20 minutes.
