Very unusual marinade for meat of Hibiscus tea it intrigued me and I decided to experiment, which in the end pleased the whole family a lovely, fragrant meat and did not leave anyone indifferent.

Cooking
Hibiscus tea, pour 1 Cup of boiling water. Let it sit until the extract is completely cooled. Extract hibiscus is made up of fruit acids that will easily replace Apple cider vinegar. Ginger cut in small dice.
Cut the meat into steaks.
Meat folded into a bowl, to put roughly chopped onion, ginger, salt, hot pepper, honey, Basil, cooled extract of tea and water naturally brewed light soy sauce "Kikkoman". The whole mass is massaged to keep the meat soaked in all the flavours and leave to marinate overnight.
Clean the meat from the ginger and onions and place on the grill.
Fry the meat on charcoal until cooked.
The meat is served with vegetables.
