We've learned that fast food is harmful snacking, a lot of calories and no benefit. This recipe is the opposite: lots of vitamins and fiber and have little time to prepare-just 15 - 30 minutes!

Here is a set of products we need
Slice zucchini, tomatoes and chicken medium cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop the parsley and combine with garlic. I have parsley instead of dill.
Preheat a skillet the butter. Quickly fry the zucchini on high heat until Golden brown. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and fry a little. On the other pan fry the chicken until done, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the fillets to the zucchini.
Pour zucchini and chicken with sour cream and stir. I often use homemade yogurt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add the tomatoes and parsley with the garlic, mix well.
Keep frying for another 5 minutes. Then remove and serve. Bon appetit!
