Vegetable dumplings with garlic
Who doesn't love donuts??? I love them!!! Especially with Ukrainian borscht, rich))) Here you decided to share a meatless recipe :)

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Cooking

In warm water dissolve the yeast. Add the sugar and 100 g (1/4) of the flour.

Knead the dough and allow it to stand for 30 min.

Then add vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and the remaining flour. Knead the dough. Allow to stand for 1 hour.

Grease the form of vegetable oil, Osipyan piece of dough, roll the ball.

The ball is whipped into butter and spread in the form

Give the dough time to move away from the shock (10 min). Put in oven for 15-20 min. these are the dumplings we go :)

While they are cooling, make the sauce. To do this, press out garlic, add 1 tbsp oil and half a Cup of warm water. Fill our dumplings or one dip in the sauce and absorb with a big appetite :)
