Cooking
Sugar, honey and butter to melt until hot. Cool slightly, add eggs and vinegar.
Flour, soda and cocoa mix in a bowl.
To combine both mass and knead the dough.
Divide it into 5-6 pieces, roll out each piece with a diameter of 22-24 cm to Cut the dough in circles. Trim will do little for dusting the cake.
Bake at 180 degrees until cooked. Not to fry much!
Prepare cream: Whip chilled cream in a solid foam.
Whip cream with icing sugar, add the condensed milk.
To combine both mass, add vanilla and cognac.
