Outside the window the second day of pouring rain, the soul is gray and dreary. How to cheer yourself up? Need something to bake. May it be fragrant, moderately sweet with a superb crunch cookies. A minimum of effort, and what is it delicious, hot of cold milk. Cookies like truffles with nuts. Don't pass it by.

Dark chocolate

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (cocoa, flour, cinnamon and soda).
To the butter add sugar and chocolate (always good quality). Put in a water bath and stirring constantly, melt. When we obtain a homogeneous mixture, to remove.
In the cooled mass to enter the egg and carefully whisk. Add the dry mixture.
Mix well.
Immediately pour Hercules.
Mix well.
Wet hands to form the cookies, place them on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven (180 gr). Bake for 10-12 minutes, no more. Be guided by your oven, so the cookies are dry, just grabbed.
