Cut butter.
To the oil add the cheese and stir with a spoon or hands.
Add to the cream cheese, sifted flour, salt and vanilla, and knead the dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut biscuits square shapes. Sprinkle the biscuits with sugar and bake at 200-220 degrees until tender.
