To cook rice, salted salmon, cucumber.

Rice put in cold water, add the butter. Do not add salt. The amount of water in a saucepan, needs to be 2 times greater than the volume of rice (for example, half a Cup of rice a glass of water). The rice cook in cold water, to simmer with the lid on. Once the water has fully evaporated, the rice is cooked.

Salmon cut into small pieces.

Cucumber cut into small cubes.

Collect the salad layers, the first layer is salmon, the second is rice, the third is a cucumber. Flip the form on a dish and remove it. Decorate with parsley leaves. You can add a slice of lemon. Fluff is not necessary: fat juicy salmon and cucumber do not cause dry dishes.
