Country cooking. Inspired me to create this recipe of green paste http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/656 35/ a-lesa and raised in the country salads. Very good combination of eggs, herbs, cheese and soy sauce I added mixed lettuce and not lost. I also like to serve this dish with boiled potatoes with greens.

This is my favorite krasnolistnye Summer salad, quite without bitterness, crisp and delicious.
And this lettuce I planted for the first time is a "Green dwarf", small delicate outlet intended for growing in small areas.
This is a leafy Japanese cabbage "of Mizuna" tastes like a mixture of cabbage and sorrel, I used only the young leaves from the middle of the outlet, the extreme leaves, in my opinion, rude.
Lettuce thoroughly washed, dried and picked, then thought and added arugula, nut butter-the taste of the leaves gave the salad a piquancy.
Eggs and potatoes (without skin) I made in advance. Eggs cut into "vosmerik", i.e. each quarter in half again. The potatoes, roughly mash with a spoon. Cut the cheese into thin slices and put 1 minute in the microwave, cool.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and olive oil.
Mix the slices of eggs and lettuce, pour dressing, garnish cheese chips.
Potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle the fresh chopped herbs. The perfect combination with a salad, a truly country flavor!
