In my "range" always apricot, peach, cherry, currant, and gooseberry! Today is prepared from peaches. Help yourself!

Cooking
It's simple. Pour boiling water over the lemon and the orange for 30 minutes.
At this time remove the bones from peaches. Get the lemon and orange, cut into slices and be sure to remove all bones, otherwise the jam will taste bitter.
Fruit and citrus them. Add half of the sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove for a day in a cool place.
A day add the second half of the sugar and again cook for 5 minutes. Immediately pour in jars and close the lids (of course, that the jars and lids must be sterilized). Don't forget to leave a little jam for tea! It will thicken slightly when cooled. Peach color is a little different.
