Description
Gentle dough cupcake on the sour cream with cottage cheese. The filling of fruit apples, bananas and raisins combines perfectly and gives the cake a distinctive flavor.

Cooking
Melt margarine until it cools down. Cheese and sour cream beat with a blender until smooth, then add the egg, sugar and baking powder and beat until smooth. It's time for margarine, it has already managed to cool down. Add to the resulting mass of the margarine and flour and whisk thoroughly. The dough is ready.
Form grease margarine, lay a baking paper – if the form of iron. I have a silicone mold "Daisy", so I just oiled it only melted margarine.
Prepare the filling. Rinse the raisins and soak in hot water for 5 minutes. Apples peel, remove core, cut into slices. Banana cut into slices. In the form pour half of dough, spread sliced apples and banana.
Fruits fill half the remaining dough, evenly spread the raisins and pour the remaining batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 35 minutes. Take out the baked cake and allow to cool in the baking pan.
Cooled, spread it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
