Cooking
Mushrooms cut and fry with onion in butter five minutes. Cauliflower and broccoli pre-cooked for three minutes in boiling water. In the pan with the mushrooms put cooked rice.

Ham cut into strips and put in pan. Broke the eggs, poured the kernels, salt, pepper, added herbs and mix the filling. Made the dough a little thicker batter. In a bowl break the eggs, put salt, sugar, poured melted butter and beat well with a whisk. Poured milk, sifted flour, heaped baking powder well and allowed the dough.
On the bottom of the form size 24 x 32 cm poured some of the test and distributed evenly in a thin layer with a spoon. Put the dough on the filling.
On top of the filling, poured the remaining dough. The test is not enough to cover the entire filling. This is not required. The dough during baking will rise evenly and close the filling on top, bottom and sides.
The pan put in a preheated 180° oven and baked it for about 40 minutes. The pie warm, cut into rectangular portions.
Pie is rich and quite suitable for snacks.
