A recipe of my beloved mother, true to its enactment. Cook long enough for sandwiches and a full second course, on any holidays as required by the family. Mom isn't even under much offended, now she does))) don't blame for the mistakes if there is any, take off for the first time, previously did not dare. All have a good appetite, hope you enjoy it.

Cooking
Liver prokalavaemy grinder. I do this separately.
The vegetables are ground separately.
Chop the bacon and also grind, together with vegetables.
Mix everything together and add spices to taste. I personally enjoy the fact that in the photo, with salt and red pepper. Dispenser for cakes I have tablespoon. Fry on the pan on both sides with the lid closed. By the way all I get 45-50 meatballs and not want to see break up and don't stick. Eggs use ready-milled mass and sprinkle with semolina, then stir thoroughly and leave under the lid for 30-40 minutes.
