Description

Cake
The cake somewhat resembles "Napoleon", it turns out very tasty and very simple to prepare. The cake was originally called "Creme brulee", but when I looked at the "fry Cook" as the cook here, his women, so he's not even close to similar to "Creme brulee". Then I think of the name for cakes mostly.

Cooking

step-0
Sugar RUB with softened butter, add sour cream, flour with soda knead the dough.
step-1
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one add cocoa. I added-sifted on the table cocoa and a piece of dough a good vymenila on it.
step-2
All divide the dough into 6 pieces-roll cakes (3 white and 3 chocolate)bake at 210-230C for 5 minutes.
step-3
Here are the cakes. I got 4 white and 4 black, because I have scraps from another cake unrolled. But you can trim bake, mash these and sprinkle them a cake then, as "Napoleon"
step-4
Make cream:whisk egg with sugar, add flour.
step-5
Pour in milk, whisk well and boil on a slow fire, stirring constantly until thick.
step-6
Then the cream should be completely cooled.
step-7
Beat the softened butter with cocoa.
step-8
Continuing to whisk, add a spoonful of the cooled custard.
step-9
Fluff cakes and sides. I alternated white cake with chocolate.
step-10
Decorate as desired. I sprinkled chopped walnuts. Leave for an hour or two in the heat to soak, and then, according to the recommendations in the recipe, it should be removed overnight in the refrigerator. My husband's soul could not stand to wait that long and he cut it in the evening (the cake I made at lunch).
