Crumble with rhubarb and apples

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Rhubarb

    400 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Chop the rhubarb.

In a pan pour the sugar and 1 tbsp water.

In a food processor or blender mix the flour, cream the cold butter and powdered sugar.

Sprinkle with crumbs and put into the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If you do in great shape, the cooking time increases to 40 minutes.
