Salad
A delicate salad of beef tongue and pepper.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    300 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

The language thoroughly wash and rinse with cold water. Put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and on low heat bring to a boil.
