Soup based on
Kharcho... Who doesn't know this national Georgian soup? Probably will not be wrong in saying that I know everything about the Grub. And many Housewives cook and prepare different variations of this tasty soup. I suggest soup "based on Grub". You could even say that offer a parody of the Grub. However, "parody" delicious! Don't believe? Try it for yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bulgur

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 l

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients. Then turn multivarku mode "roasting", a time of 10 minutes. Pour in a bowl the vegetable oil and onion, diced. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Add to the onions a spoonful of tomato paste and a spoonful of tomato sauce "Bollocks". Mix well.

Then send in a bowl of meat. After 5 minutes, if the program "roasting" did not end, then disconnect. PS I Have a beef slice with bone. Bone separated from the pulp, the pulp is sliced diced ~ 2x2 cm

Until cooked soup, cook the garlic and parsley. Parsley cut. Garlic also finely chopped or through a press. About 10 minutes before the end of the program the garlic and parsley add to the bowl with soup. After graduating from the program leave as a warm-up for 15-20 minutes to let the soup steep.

Disable the slow cooker, carefully remove the bowl of soup. Now convened their home for lunch, pour the soup over the bowls and Bon APPETIT!
