  • Flour

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Chocolate milk

  • Marzipan

Cooking

Of flour, starch, almonds, sugar, eggs and butter (room temperature) knead the dough.

Flatten the dough into "sausage" with a diameter of 3-4 cm Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

The oven is heated to 200C. The frozen dough with a sharp knife carefully cut into cookies with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
