Another version of all the familiar cake, differs significantly from the classic version, but also very tasty!

Cooking
To prepare pumpkin puree (pumpkin slice and bake, and bake not just until soft and slightly zavalit)
Grind the cooled pumpkin in a blender, add cinnamon if you want - sugar, I sugar not added
The pumpkin puree add the soft butter (or margarine), stir and add the egg
To the mixture add the flour with the baking powder (it took me 2.5 cups)
Formed from the dough ball and put it in the fridge for at least 40 minutes, the dough should be solid, so that it can be rubbed on a grater, I'm on the last 30 minutes put the dough in the freezer
Pan lightly grease with oil, RUB on it a thin layer of dough, I baked in 2 call
Bake in the oven on the top shelf at a temperature of 150 degrees, until the crumbs become very dry, I'm in the middle of the process additionally it crumbled right on the baking sheet
