Cooking
Pork ribs wash and cut between bones.
To make the dressing: squeeze the garlic through the frog, add 2 tbsp of sunflower oil, add ground pepper and a tbsp of salt. Add 1 tbsp. sauce Kikkoman. Mix well.
Pork ribs rubbed with seasoning and put in the refrigerator for 40-50 min.
Potatoes thoroughly wash and cut into halves.
I use a glass dish for the oven. Pour on the bottom of 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil and grind.
Lay the potatoes in the dish cut down.
On top of the potatoes put pork ribs.
Place in oven and set to 200 degrees.
After 50 minutes the edges to flip over and another 30 minutes to cook. If you have a grill, then after 70 min. flip and turn the grill on for 10-15 min.
The dish is ready. The table is set. Bon appetit!
