Casserole with meat rolls
The number of products on the eyes... so, picked up the remains of sweet... Casserole for that matter just the perfect dish!!! It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Pepper

  • Cheese

  • Cucumber

  • Potatoes

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into slices and boil until soft.

Cheese, cucumbers and Bulgarian pepper cut into long wedges. I have some mushrooms from the cake, we used it.

Pork cut into flat pieces, thoroughly beat them, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning and finely chopped parsley. On each slice of meat to put the block of cheese, long slices of cucumber, and 2 long slices of the Bulgarian pepper. Roll into rolls.

Part of the pieces of pork I start stuffing mushroom stuffing (mushrooms fried with onion, seasoning, allow to cool and add a little grated cheese and herbs).

Lay out rolls to form, around to spread out the potato slices and tomatoes.

Prepare the filling by combining eggs, flour, sour cream or cream, salt and pepper to taste and more whisking.

Casserole sprinkle with grated cheese.

Pour fill and send in the oven.

Bake until Browning the top layer. Serve hot. Bon appetit!!!
