Description
Sweet, airy, fragrant, and even raisins. Very delicious scones for morning tea!!! And yet, they reminded me of vanilla scones, which were earlier to 9 cents!:)

Cooking
Milk a little heat. Add sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes to activate.
Then add vegetable oil, salt, egg and vanilla sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
Gradually add the sifted flour and raisins. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. It should get smooth, but a little stick. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours to rise.
Then punch down the dough, divided 10-12 pieces and form buns.
Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave for 30 minutes in warm again to rise. I put in a round baking dish.
To grease with a yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The finished rolls to cool and serve. Enjoy your tea! :)
