Description
Just a brilliant idea for Breakfast: tasty, healthy, nutritious, but not too rich. You and the kiddies to school to give, because these little things with absolutely no oil, so will not stain the hands and form. Also, you can safely put them as snacks on the festive table, I think guests will be pleasantly surprised. And most importantly – a flight of fantasy. Indeed, in these muffins, you can add ham, sausage, boiled vegetables etc. And each time they will look new. I sincerely recommend!

Cooking
Broccoli bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.
To get out of the water, let cool slightly and disassemble into small florets.
Boil quinoa in the water in which the cooked broccoli, according to package instructions.
Allow to cool. I just put a saucepan with a bowl with cold water.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Mix the quinoa, egg, cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. Add the mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put the sausage meat into molds. I have silicone, I have not lubed. I think that other oil. Molds I took a very small for mini cupcakes. I wish muffins were literally one bite. Of course, you can take molds of any size what you prefer. Bake in preheated to 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Muffins should brown slightly on top.
