Light fruit cake
Very light fruit cake. For the third consecutive day of birth was eaten so fast that even do not have time to do a full view of the cake! Very good during a heat wave!

Eggs, 75 g sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt beat with a mixer. Add the soft butter. Again carefully whisk. Flour mixed with baking powder and sift. All combine and mix well.
