Description
A very interesting and tasty candy with an unusual combination of chocolate and mint. The idea of the candy told me the story of the transmission of Galileo and the presence of breast mastic in the fridge left over from cake decorating.

Mixed mastic to warm up in the microwave for 1 min. at maximum power, in the warm paste to add butter and cocoa, all carefully knead until smooth. If no ready-made pastes, it is possible to heat condensed milk with butter, then add powdered milk, cocoa and powdered sugar, thoroughly knead it.

Roll the seam in roll length.
Rolled roll is cut into small portions.
Finely chopped chocolate to melt in a water bath, the temperature of the chocolate should not be more than 40 degrees, otherwise it will either collapse, or become opaque.
Dip candy in chocolate. And spread on a tray covered with baking paper or cling film.
In a bag melt the chopped white chocolate.
Cut off a small corner of the package and plot the drawing as desired. Remove the candy in the refrigerator until complete solidification of the chocolate.
The finished candies spread on a platter or in a candy dish and is served with tea.
So the candy looks in the cut. All enjoy your tea!!!
