Pasta with vegetables
Dear cooks! Decided to make today an interesting dish with an even more interesting name. The dish turned out very flavorful, hearty and delicious. Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Rosemary

  • Parsley

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sauce

  • Black pepper

  • Minced meat

Boil in salted water pasta - how to boil water, cook for 4 minutes Discard in a colander and rinse in cold water. Divide into 2 equal parts and spread in a deep Cup.

Begin stuffing "Romeo". We will need: eggplant, onion, chilli, garlic, olives. Eggplant peel and cut into cubes.

In a pan heat the oil and add rosemary. Keep half a minute.

Add eggplant, fry for 5 min., stirring constantly. Add the minced meat, mix well, salt and pepper. Keep on medium heat for 2-3 min.

Put garlic, pressed, chili peppers, olives. Keep on heat, stirring, 5-7 minutes.

Spread the mixture to one part of macaroni and mix well.

Now for the filling "Juliet". We will need: zucchini, peppers, carrots, spices (cumin, Basil, coriander, turmeric), Zucchini, carrots and onions cut into cubes.

Heat the oil and put all the chopped products. Keep on heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes. Add the spices, salt, pepper, mix well and hold for a few more minutes.

Now for the sauce for the filling "Romeo": in a deep pan pour oil, heat it, add the breadcrumbs and stir until the butter is completely absorbed into the biscuits. Add 1 tbsp. of boiling water, diminish the fire and cook until complete dissolution of crackers.

Add 1/2 Cup of the juice from the olives, cook for a few minutes, add chopped parsley and cook on low heat for about 4-5 min.

Add the gravy to the stuffing "Romeo", mix and spread in a baking dish.

In stuffing "Juliet," add a sauce "Bolognese" add and send to "Romeo". Finally, our lovers met. Flatten the filling. For greater effect you can put stuffing "Romeo" on the one hand, and filling the "Juliet" on the other. But believe me, the taste is not affected.
