Description
El babà de naranja – a bit unusual "rum" Baba, in which is used instead of rum, orange liqueur, and instead of the glaze, whipped cream. Yeast dough is kneaded with a spoon and fits in the same form in which it is baked. The recipe is simple to handle even for a beginner, go!!

Cooking
Dissolve 15 g of compressed yeast in 4 tbsp of milk.
Add the milk with dissolved yeast, salt, sugar, 3 eggs, the melted butter.
Put the dough in the form greased with oil and leave to rise for about 2 hours.
The dough should increase 2 times.
Put the form in the oven and bake at 175 deg. in about 25 minutes. Readiness check wand.
At the time, until the cake is baked, cook the syrup Cup sugar and ½ Cup water. Boil for about 5 minutes Then add the orange liqueur. The original recipe calls for Cointreau.
Get the form from the oven, pinned the cake with a stick and pour the syrup.
The syrup will be absorbed whole, that this will turn out pie after impregnation.
Give the cake to cool slightly and turn onto a plate.
Now prepare the cream. Whisk 150 g cream 200 g cream cheese with sugar. Alternatively, you can use cottage cheese, I personally like this way too.
Prescription inner part is filled with cream, full is the amount so calculated, the cream turns a lot, but I make a little smaller.
