Layer cake with berries
Bright, juicy, sweet with sour, very flavorful and tender cake with berries. Very easy to prepare, takes a lot of positive emotions you and your guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Berry

  • Powdered sugar

  • Mint

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Condensed milk

    100 ml

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Red currants

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

Cooking

Sift the flour and calcined in a dry frying pan for 30-40 seconds.

Milk bring to the boil, remove from heat.

In a small saucepan the yolks+sugar+vanilla sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Add in the egg yolks calcined flour and mix well.

Stirring constantly, a thin stream pour the warm milk.

Put on minimal heat and, without ceasing to stir, cook for about 5-7 minutes, until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

The dough thaw, roll in one direction, the two layers. On one outline with a knife 6 squares and cut out the center circles. They also come in handy.

Gently shift layer on each other, accurately the edges of the cake with egg white. Midway to pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 C for 10-15 minutes, until Golden brown.

Take out, cool completely. Spread 2 tablespoons of custard. Top arrange berries (in each square different berries) and decorate with mint leaves.

Whip the cold cream until thick state.

Add condensed milk+corn starch, continue to beat.

Baked and chilled slices cut in half, but not cut until the end!

Fill with whipped cream. Decorate with red currant berries and mint leaves.
