Hot salad of beet tops
Now in the gardens, lots of greenery, and I want to offer to your attention a salad of beet leaves.

Ingredients

  • Tops

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil beetroot leaves in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes

Until the leaves are cooked, slice and lightly fry the onion

Boiled leaves finely chop and add to the onions, season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until tender, about 10 min.

Add the eggs

Mix well and fry until cooked eggs.

Chop the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze and mix with mayonnaise or sour cream

Ready fried mixture to put in a salad bowl and pour dressing. Eat immediately hot, although cold is also good.
