Bread with lentils
I want to share my bread recipe. Very delicious bread! I admit, I use lentils very often. Now cooked several dishes with lentils, but in connection with the work exhibit not time.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Dill

    1.5 tsp

The bread used two types of lentils "Mistral". The lentils are not cooked. This morning I soaked it in hot water, and in the evening before baking washed under running water.

Flour sifted into a bowl. Pour dry yeast, sugar, salt, dill.

To taste sliced bell pepper. (I like the dishes, the taste of pepper).

Poured the water and added olive oil. In a bowl poured the lentils and mix well.

Pan greased with olive oil and put in the slow cooker.

Tuned in the bread and set the time to 3 hours. After 2 hours, the bread turned to a cutting Board. The top side put it on the bottom of the pan and spread a few slices of cheese on top. The bread put in to bake until done.
