Fish-rice roll with egg and vegetable filling. Quick, easy, tasty and affordable products. One of the varieties of fish roll, but with rice in the stuffing. The stuffing consists of boiled eggs, greens and red bell pepper.

Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water. Fillet and the slice of bread mince. Add salt and seasoning to taste.
Add the egg. Mix well. The beef is ready.
We now proceed to the preparation of the filling. Boiled eggs cut into cubes.
Cubes or strips cut the pepper.
Add sour cream and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Minced meat spread on a foil and form a rectangle with a thickness of about 1 cm.
We carefully use the foil roll.
Roll sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. The foil does not wrap, but the meat on it.
Put in preheated oven for 40-60 min. When serving, decorate with ketchup and parsley.
