Muffin with crab sticks and salmon
A wonderful cupcake, the taste of which will make You happy. Not expensive. Ideal for tea, beer and as a separate snack. Delicious both hot or cold, if the cake will remain on the next day, it becomes even tastier. Prepare a muffin for a festive table and do not notice how it disappears. Who cares, go!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dill

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

To prepare the cake I use frozen crab sticks "A sea".

Grate on a coarse grater frozen crab sticks "A sea".

A jar of canned food "salmon" to open, drain the juice, mash the contents with a fork.

Chop the dill and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, shrimp, salmon, cheese, dill, seasoning, salt.

Beat the eggs with sugar, add milk and vegetable oil.

Mix all the ingredients, grease the baking dish with margarine or butter, pour the resulting dough. Bake cupcake in preheated oven to 180 degrees 45 minutes.
