  • Pearl barley

Boil the pearl barley as is on the package (I 40 min). If you overdo it with water (like I do), then decanting.

While preparing the barley, we have prepared vegetable filling. Throw in a pan with peeled and chopped onions and diced carrots. Lightly fry in butter. Next, add the ground beef. A couple of minutes to fry and add the pepper, cut into cubes, mashed tomatoes and corn. To extinguish all together a few min.
