This dish of my favorite masterpieces. My house is always a lot of guests, and I have a lot to cook. Chicken skewers we love without exception, I hope the recipe will appeal to You.

Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into stripes. Fillet spread on wooden skewers.
Fry in small amount of oil, literally for 2 minutes on each side.
Ginger, garlic and pepper peel and cut into small cubes. Fry 2 minutes in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Add cream and bring to a boil, reduce the fire and thicken with a little sauce to the slow languor. Salt and pepper to taste.
In the finished sauce, we put barbeque and heated for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Served with fresh peppers and salad, sprinkled with lemon juice and salt. We love hot kebabs with baked potatoes and a glass of white wine. The recipe is also good because it warm the barbeque sauce right in front of the guests and submit. Ginger sauce is generally a hit, very tasty.
