This recipe is a good alternative to the drudgery of scrambled eggs!

Cooking
Knead the batter in hot milk stir the yeast, flour, egg, salt, vegetable oil (1-1,5 tsp), coriander, Khmeli-suneli, pepper mixture. Leave the dough for 15 minutes in a warm place.
The pan greased with oil and pour all the batter, fry on a medium heat.
Once one side is fried - turn.
Gently remove from the pan ready pancake.
Whisk two eggs, add 1 tbsp milk, chopped greens (I have garlic and onions), sprinkle with salt and sent to the pan.
While the omelette is baking, grate the processed cheese, add mayonnaise, stir well and roll the pancake.
Ready hot omelettes to shift gently on the dough.
