Crispbread, rye with mustard
These biscuits instead of bread perfect for any soup! Crisp, with a pleasant rye flavor, they are good and just tea.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Thyme

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

Gradually add the water, oil and mustard and at the end of slaked soda and knead the dough, add the thyme.

The dough is ready

Thinly roll out and cut biscuits.

I made biscuits with sesame seeds, especially for one of new posts, a great lover of sesame seeds. On the rolled out layer of dough sprinkled sesame seeds and prietula with a rolling pin to crumble!

Puncture biscuits with a fork and put bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 min.
