In a container for the dough, pour the sugar,
Pour melted butter and add the flour. Knead the dough.
At the end of the mixing rubs the dough with your fingers until clumps.
Split mold with paper and grease with vegetable oil.
Put in the batter, forming a small bumpers.
Prepare the filling. In curd add the egg and vanilla.
Spread the filling on the dough. Leave the sides open.
Bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown test.
Prepare the glaze. In a saucepan pour the brown sugar.
Put the pan on the fire and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Warm cheesecake pour the glaze directly on the form.
Give it to cool completely and analyze the shape, carefully remove it along with the paper on a dish.
This is such a wonderful cheesecake we got!
