Very tasty dish that you can eat cold and hot.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Prepare the vegetables - wash, remove the seeds and the stalk.

In a bowl pour the oil.

Onion cut into half rings.

Cut eggplant into small cubes.
