Carrot cake
I think carrot cake I will surprise few people... Many do it for different fillings.. I've added pineapple. But here's the cream... so I now have no idea of carrot cakes!!!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the orange zest (leave 1 tbsp for cream). To combine the egg yolks, the grated zest, sugar and 5 tbsp of pineapple syrup.

Connect the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to egg mixture.

Chop the carrots (to grate or blend), pineapple cut into small pieces. Spread the egg mixture grated carrots, nuts, pineapple and cinnamon.

Beat egg whites into a light foam and put into the egg mixture. Mix gently.

Lubricate the form of butter and put the dough. Put in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 60 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with cream until smooth.

Add cinnamon, orange zest. Mix.

Add 3 tablespoons orange juice (or orange liqueur). Mix.

Add the powdered sugar. Mix.

Remove the pie from the oven. Cool. Can be cut into portions. The top of the cake liberally lubricated cream. Bon appetit!!!
