Description
Very hearty and colorful dish. In its original form tried without Korean carrot, but decided that it is still delicious. So in my recipe little carrot and settled.

Cooking
Bake or buy 6 pieces of pancakes (thin).
Chicken boil and cut into pieces (in my case it's not chicken, and one of the thigh and lower leg as a whole).
Pickled mushrooms cutting,
the Korean carrots (an average sharpness).
Cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Mayonnaise (this I love).
Put on a plate with one pancake, grease it with mayonnaise, about 2 tsp.
Then put chicken and mushrooms evenly.
After you put the carrots and cheese. Next, cover the following pancake. And other layers are stacked exactly as the first. Mayonnaise+trigger+mushrooms+carrots+cheese.
The top pancake smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled cheese. Before serving, reheat in the microwave or in the oven for about 20 minutes. I have already baked not sealed, but I will fix it soon.
