Aspic
A delicious jelly, which contains shrimp, red fish, yogurt, cottage cheese, sweet pepper, wine and... Interesting? Come and check out the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Greens

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

Boiled shrimp cleaned, put in a bowl and pour lemon juice. Leave them to marinate for half an hour.

While the shrimp marinated, make the main process. Red fish (without bones) grind in a blender,

Add the yogurt and cream cheese

Bred instant gelatin and combine it with the wine and juice drained after marinating the shrimp. In the form pour a thin layer of the resulting solution, put in the refrigerator and allow to harden. I would suggest shoot the form with cling film, then to the aspic is well separated from shape. And then I came occasion, a piece of stuck... and ruined the whole look.

On a frozen layer of jelly spread shrimp, peppers, greens, fill them out completely and allow to harden.

With fish-curd add half of the remaining gelatin solution, stir and spread on top of solidified layer with the shrimp. Also allow to harden in the fridge.

After a couple of hours when fully hardens cheese-fish layer, take out the jelly from the fridge and spread it on the remaining shrimp, herbs, and then pour the remaining jelly solution.

Give the jelly to fully harden, then gently remove from the mold (I did it not very well) and served to the table. Bon appetit!!!
