Alternative to conventional burgers, but in the original version. Wanted to cook the patties, but tired, I thought to bake meatloaf in the oven, but love the gravy... the result was a delicious, juicy meatloaf with gravy! Come on in, help yourself!

Cooking
In forcemeat add the egg, onion, pepper, spices to taste and stir.
Mushrooms fried with onions.
Stuffing divided into 2-3 parts (I got 2 of the roll), put on film in the form of cakes, put on top part of the mushrooms. Here I can give free rein to their imagination: the filling can be any meat can be lubricated cheese with mayonnaise, add pineapple, etc.
Using the film tightly rolled into a roll.
Fry the rolls on both sides in vegetable oil.
For the sauce fry in sequence: onions, carrots, tomatoes, peppers.
Pour about 2 cups of water, add salt, sugar, spices (if cooking water boils away much, not perezalit!). For those who love pineapple with meat, instead of sugar add 2-3 tbsp of pineapple, or just pineapple syrup.
Dip rolls in sauce and simmer under a lid until tender, about 25 minutes.
