Unusual, but not quite familiar dish. Prepared simply and quickly, and the result is a tasty snack.
Ingredients

Beets

Bay leaf
2 piece

Salt
1 tsp

Vinegar
100 ml

Black pepper
0.5 tsp

Water
1.5 cup

Horseradish
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Boil the beets until tender, cool and clean.
Cut circles.
In a saucepan put salt, pepper, Bay leaf, fill with water and bring to a boil. Cook for a couple minutes, add vinegar. Bring again to a boil, remove from heat, let cool. Pour the beets with marinade and leave overnight to marinate.
Served as an appetizer or as a side dish.
