Salad of roasted pumpkin
Offer a salad of roasted pumpkin with Feta. The salad can be made quickly available products. Get a great combination of soft pumpkin and Feta with sweet and sour dressing. Seeds perfectly complement the salad.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Greens

    4 sprig

Pumpkin cleaned of seeds and peel, cut into small pieces. Slightly prisolit, add spices, red pepper.

The baking form lay with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. Spread the pumpkin in an even layer. Bake in preheated oven from 180C to 200C for 15-20min., pumpkin should be soft.

For dressing mix olive oil with vinegar, shake thoroughly to emulsify, add the honey, salt and pepper to taste. Again all beat well.

Feta cut into small pieces or crumble.

Seeds fry in a dry pan.

The finished pumpkin out onto a plate, add Feta, parsley, black pepper.

Pour dressing salad.

Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
