Salad of daikon and language
Interesting, spicy salad of daikon and boiled tongue with mustard-sour cream dressing!

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    160 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The language of pork

    160 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

In vegetable oil fry until Golden brown roughly chopped onion, remove from heat, allow to cool.

Radish clean, RUB on a large grater.

Cucumber cut into strips.

To in a bowl combine cooled onion, daikon and cucumber.

Boiled tongue cut into strips.

Pre-boiled eggs to grate on a coarse grater.

Add the tongue and the eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, add spices (I have a spice mix for salads: Basil, dill, parsley, garlic, marjoram, celery).

For dressing mix in a bowl the sour cream and French mustard.

Add the dressing to the salad, mix gently and serve.
