Cooking
Breast, slightly discourage. Easier to do it in a food film.
Breast for roasting, I use the leaves from Maggie "For the delicate chicken breast fillet with garlic and herbs". Lay the breast on the half sheet. Cover with its other half, press lightly with your hand.
Fry in preheated pan 5 minutes on each side. On the fire a little below average.
Peel the carrot and cut into small dice.
Sauté the carrots in 1 tbsp oil. Then slice the onion into quarter rings and fry in 1 tbsp oil.
Put carrots in a salad bowl.
Breast, cut into medium cubes and add to carrots. Add the fried onions.
Pickled or salted mushrooms ( I have Polish) slice medium. Add to the salad bowl.
Mayonnaise and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
