Cooking
Mix flour with baking soda+oil+salt+egg+grated cheese, you can add sugar a couple tablespoons of the dough, roll into a ball,wrap in cling film and an hour in the fridge to send.
Fruit wash,remove seeds and slice.
Roll the dough in the form of a forming roll.
Cover the cake with baking paper and cover with beans or peas,so that during baking the dough is not deformed(I had only millet).
Bake at 200 gr. 15 minutes then remove the paper and cereals and another 10 minutes to bake. COOL.
Put the fruit into the baked crust.
Melt the gelatine and strain, combine with the yogurt.
Pour fruit yogurt and put to harden in the fridge. THE CAKE IS READY!!!
