Potato pie with mushrooms
Hearty and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Peeled potatoes boil in salted water and grate on a fine grater.

Mushrooms and onion cut into small cubes, fry in butter.

Connect the potatoes, onions and mushrooms, add the egg, cream, flour, soda, herbs, salt. Mass stir, put in a greased form.

Mix the yolk with cream and brush over the pie. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 170-180 degrees until Golden brown.
